Pneumatic Impact Vibrators

Pneumatic impact vibrator is an engineering solution used to facilitate material flow in enclosed containers such as silos and bunkers where powder and granular materials are stored. Unlike other fluidization solutions, our pneumatic vibrators can also be used in a mobile manner.

Fixed 

Manufactured in-house by the RST Group, our pneumatic vibrators are divided into two main groups: stationary (welded) and mobile. Fixed pneumatic vibrators are installed on a plate which is welded on to the silo / bunker.

Mobile 

Mobile pneumatic impact vibrator offers two different options: vacuum and magnetic. While stationary vibrators are welded onto a plate, magnetic and vacuum vibrators are selected according to the application surface and provide the desired fluidity instantly across the entire surface.
